These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of online video evaluations and online lessons from www.taraorlin.com
Our services are available for customers worldwide.
1. Parties

The customer is the person purchasing an online video evaluation or online lesson through our website.
2. Payment
Payment must be made at the time of booking using the payment methods available on our website, including Vipps where available.
A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
3. Delivery
All services are provided online.
For video evaluations, the customer will receive instructions for submitting the required video or other material after booking.
For online lessons, the lesson will take place online at the date and time selected when booking.
The customer is responsible for providing the necessary internet connection, equipment and information required to receive the service.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The customer's right of withdrawal is governed by the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the customer's purchase.
Where permitted by applicable law, the customer may request that a digital service begins before the withdrawal period has expired. In such cases, the right of withdrawal may be affected once the service has been fully performed.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
All bookings are binding and payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by mandatory applicable law.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations, missed lessons, change of mind, or unused services.
If we are unable to provide a booked service due to circumstances on our side, we will offer the customer a reasonable alternative, such as rescheduling the service, or a refund where appropriate.
6. Complaints
If you have a complaint or believe that the service has not been provided as agreed, please contact us by email:
Please include your name, booking details and a description of the issue. We will review your complaint and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Returns
These are digital, online services and there are no physical products to return.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Section 5 and any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply.
8. Conflict Resolution
We will always try to resolve any disagreement directly with the customer.
If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, the dispute may be referred to the relevant consumer protection or dispute resolution authority, where applicable.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Norwegian law, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer's country provide otherwise.
